Monthly dues are payable by the first of the month through CPM Real Estate Services. Dues are considered late if not paid by the 15th of the month. The late fee is $50.

Do not put checks in the Alderwood Clubhouse dropbox.

You may pay your dues by check, automatic bank draft, or through CPM’s online portal. There is a $2.49 charge to pay dues through CPM’s portal.
