Monthly dues are currently $243-$289 payable by the first of the month through CPM Real Estate Services. Dues are considered late if not paid by the 15th of the month. The late fee is $50.

Do not put checks in the Alderwood Clubhouse dropbox.

You may pay your dues by check, automatic bank draft, or through CPM’s online portal. There is a $2.49 charge to pay dues through CPM’s portal.
